30-day returns
Changed your mind? Send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with tags attached.
How to start a return
Email returns@riskrole.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We will send a prepaid label — most returns ship free.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? We ship the replacement as soon as the return label is issued, so you are not left waiting for the parcel to travel back first.
Refund timing
Refunds land back on the original payment method within 5 – 10 business days after the return is scanned at our warehouse. You will get an email the moment it is processed.
What cannot be returned
- Items worn, washed, or with tags removed
- Returns started after the 30-day window
- Free promotional items and gift cards
Faulty or wrong item
That is on us. Email us a photo and your order number — we will replace or refund immediately and cover return shipping in full.
